Sitel plans to add 150 full-time, entry-level customer service jobs at its Augusta, Ga., call center.
The Nashville, Tenn.-based company said 130 new employees will provide customer care service and technical support for a national wireless provider and the other 20 will deliver customer care for a financial services client.
